Demeter TRM-1 Tremulator
The Demeter TRM-1 Tremulator is a tremolo Effects pedal, pedal which has been manufactured by Demeter Amplification since 1982. It was apparently designed at the request of guitarist Ry Cooder, who wanted a pedal that sounded exactly like a vintage Fender (company), Fender tremolo unit for use with any amp. Controls The Tremulator has 2 knobs, which are, from left to right: *"Depth" ''(controls the amount of amplitude modulation on the signal or the amount of effect)'' *"Speed" ''(increases and decreases the frequency of the low-frequency oscillator)'' There is also a trim pot on the side to set the bias for the optical unit, and the unit comes preset at Ry Cooder's preferred settings. Tremolo
In music, ''tremolo'' (), or ''tremolando'' (), is a trembling effect. There are two types of tremolo. The first is a rapid reiteration: * Of a single Musical note, note, particularly used on String instrument#Bowing, bowed string instruments, by rapidly moving the bow back and forth; plucked strings such as on a harp, where it is called ''wikt:bisbigliando, bisbigliando'' () or "whispering". Tremolo picking, on traditionally plucked string instruments including guitar and mandolin, is the rapid articulation of single notes or a group of notes with a plectrum (pick) or with fingers. Eric Patrick Clapton (born 1945) is an English rock and blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is often regarded as one of the most successful and influential guitarists in rock music. Clide Vernon "Sonny" Landreth (born February 1, 1951) is an American blues musician from southwest Louisiana who is especially known as a slide guitar player.
