''Dementia 13'' (alternately titled ''Haloran Manor'') is a 2017 American horror film directed by Richard LeMay, and starring Julia Campanelli, Ana Isabelle, Marianne Noscheze, Channing Pickett, and Christian Ryan. It is a remake of 1963's ''Dementia 13''. As of February 2022, it is the last film released by Chiller Films. Plot The plot revolves around a vengeful ghost, a mysterious killer, and a family in a night of terror at a secluded estate. Roland Sands (born August 12, 1974) is an American motorcycle racer and designer of custom high-performance motorcycles. In his career as a professional motorcycle racer, he has won the 1998 AMA 250GP National Champion road racer championship.
