Delicate Flowers
Delicate Flowers is an American indie rock band from New Jersey. History Delicate Flowers is a four-piece indie rock and folk band from New Jersey, that formed in 2017. It consists of drummer Skylar Adler, bassist Frank DeFranco, guitarist and vocalist Eric Goldberg, and guitarist Donnie Law. Delicate Flowers began as a solo project by Goldberg, writing "songs that were almost more poems than songs." They draw comparison to the music of Conor Oberst, Sufjan Stevens, My Bloody Valentine and Silversun Pickups. Their first EP, the four-track ''Delicate Flowers'', was released with Sniffling Indie Kids on 6 October 2015, and it contains a cover of "Jesus Doesn't Want Me for a Sunbeam." The lead single "Inherently a Drag" is about "not believing in anything and how that's a bummer but that at the same time, you can't really fool yourself." NGHTCRWLRS are an American rock band from New Jersey. History NGHTCRWLRS are a four-piece indie rock band from North Jersey, that formed in 2014. The band members were in other Hudson County, New Jersey groups; vocalist and guitarist Frank DeFranco played in Holy City Zoo, vocalist and guitarist Eric Goldberg was in the Nico Blues, vocalist and bassist Brian Goglia played in They Had Faces Then and Man on Fire, and vocalist and drummer Max Rauch was in Washington Square Park. In the ''Jersey Journal'' DeFranco recalls, that "when we all started sharing a practice space in Clifton it became a place where we all knew and trusted each other, and we all started playing with each other whenever any of us were free." The North Jersey Indie Rock Festival is an American annual concert in Jersey City, that showcases artists primarily from New Jersey. About The festival was created by Sniffling Indie Kids co-founder Frank DeFranco and Mint 400 Records founder Neil Sabatino, in 2016. It has been hosted by many of the state's music magazines, websites and radio, including ''The Aquarian Weekly'', ''Jersey Beat'', Speak Into My Good Eye, and WFDU. The labels were both working on the album ''Creases'' when they were formerly introduced. Content The eight-track album was released with Sniffling Indie Kids as a digital download, on 2 November 2018. It was recorded, mixed and mastered by Skylar Adler at Skylar Ross Recording, except for the drums, which were recorded by Erik Kase Romero at Lakehouse Recording Studios.
