Delhi–Moradabad Line
The Delhi–Moradabad line is a railway line connecting Delhi Junction railway station, Delhi and the latter in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The Gajraula–Najibabad branch line is included in this line. The line is under the administrative jurisdiction of Northern Railway zone, Northern Railway. History The Ghaziabad–Moradabad link was established by Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway in 1900. Electrification The Delhi–Ghaziabad–Hapur–Moradabad line, as of 19 January 2016, is a fully electrified double and Gajraula–Najibabad branch is also electrified as on 12 April 2019. Delhi Junction Railway Station
Delhi Junction railway station is the oldest railway station in Old Delhi, Delhi, India. It is one of the busiest railway stations in India in terms of frequency. Around 250 trains start, end, or pass through the station daily. It was established near Chandni Chowk in 1864 when trains from , Calcutta started operating up to Delhi. Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway was an extensive railway network in the North India, mostly north of the Ganges, starting from Benares and subsequently up to Delhi.
