Děkov is a municipality and village in Rakovník District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants. Administrative parts The villages of Nová Ves and Vlkov are administrative parts of Děkov. Etymology The name is derived from the personal name Děk or Děka, meaning "Děk's/Děka's (court)". Geography Děkov is located about northwest of Rakovník and west of Prague.
