Aston Park, also known as Aston, is a village in the community of Hawarden, in the principal area of Flintshire, north Wales. It is near to Hawarden and Shotton, alongside the A494 road, and it is often incorrectly referred to as Higher Shotton. Stephen Barry, Baron Jones (born 26 June 1938) is a British Labour Party politician who served as a Member of Parliament (MP) from 1970 to 2001, and since then as a life peer.
