Deepan Chakravarthy
Dheepan Chakkravarthy is an Indian playback singer. He is the son of the first playback singer in the Tamil film industry, "Isai Thendral" Thiruchi Loganathan and grandson of actress C. T. Rajakantham. He is the younger brother of playback singer T. L. Maharajan. Career In 1975, he rendered songs composed by T. R. Pappa in All India Radio. In the same year he had performed several songs on Doordarshan (Indian television) as well. Vadalur Varugai by Thanjai Vanan. It was In 1980, he entered the Tamil film industry as a playback singer by singing a song composed by Isai Gnani "Maestro" Ilaiyaraaja. The first song he sang was "Oh Nenjame ithu Un Raghame", with S. Janaki, from the film '' Enakkaaga Kaathiru'', directed by P.S.Nivas and penned by Gangai Amaran. Vasudevan (15 June 1944 – 20 February 2011), known as Malaysia Vasudevan, was a Malaysian-Indian playback singer and actor in Tamil cinema. Early life Malaysia Vasudevan's parents were from Palakkad. Chattu Nair of Ottappalam and Ammalu of Polpulli, along with their families migrated to British Malaya in search of a livelihood. After a few years, Chattu Nair married Ammalu in an arranged marriage. Vasudevan was born on 15 June 1944 as their eighth and youngest child. Gangai Amaran is an Indian music composer, singer, lyricist, writer, film director and actor in Tamil films. Personal life Gangai Amaran was born in Pannaipuram in Theni district, Tamil Nadu in December 1947, as the youngest son of Daniel Ramaswamy and Chinnathayi. Shankar–Ganesh is an Indian music director duo who has worked on Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada movies for around 50 years. Career They started as assistants to Tamil music composers M. S. Viswanathan and T. K. Ramamoorthy in 1964 and later the duo assisted M.S.Viswanathan alone from 1965 till 1967.
