Deathline International
Deathline International are an American industrial rock group based in Oakland, California, known for experimenting with multiple electronic music styles. The original nucleus of the band comprised composers Shawn Brice (Wiz Art, Spawn) and Christian Petke (Count Zero). The band released five studio albums on COP International: '' Reality Check'' (1993), '' Zarathoustra'' (1995), '' Arashi Syndrom'' (1997), '' Cybrid'' (2001), ''Pax Americana'' (2022). History Deathline International was formed in 1991 out of Oakland, California, by composers Shawn Brice and Christian Petke. The band made their debut with 1993's '' Reality Check'', released by COP International. The album was a fusion of orchestral samples with electro and heavy metal. Tinfed
Tinfed were an alternative rock group started in Sacramento, California. The final line-up consisted of vocalist and instrumentalist Rey Osburn, guitarist Eric Stenman, drummer Matt McCord, and bassist Rick Verrett. They released three studio albums: ''Synaptic Hardware'' (1993), ''Hypersonic Hyperphonic'' (1996) and ''Tried + True'' (2000). History Early years and indie releases (1992–2000) Tinfed was founded in Sacramento, California by Rey Osburn and Eric Stenman. Stenman and Osburn had previously performed together in the band Elegy, who had only released a 7" titled ''Dormant / Separated'' in 1990. Shawn Brice
Battery was an American electro-industrial trio based in San Francisco. It consisted of vocalist Maria Azevedo and musicians Evan Sornstein and Shawn Brice. They released four albums on COP International between 1993 and 1998 before disbanding. History Battery was formed at Bennington College, Vermont, in 1989 by Shawn Brice, Stuart Scanlon and Evan Sornstein, beginning in an electronic music project for class. In 1991, the trio relocated to San Francisco, where they were adopted by COP International, COP Intl. In 1992, Stuart moved back to the East Coast, and Battery recruited vocalist Maria Azevedo who had stood in during a live show. COP International issued the band's debut album ''Mutate (album), Mutate'' in 1993. Their second album ''nv (album), nv'' released in 1995.
