The Deathfest was a one-day music festival currently held annually in May at the University of Leeds, England. It was organised by Gavin McInally, who is also the organiser of the Damnation Festival. Deathfest 2009 The first annual Deathfest took place on Sunday 3 May 2009 at the University of Leeds. It billed 17 bands over two stages and tickets cost £19.50. Origin (band)
Origin is an American technical death metal band from Topeka, Kansas, founded in 1990 under the monikers Necrotomy and Thee Abomination. They have been recognized by music critics and metal fans alike for combining a harsh sound with a high level of technical skill. History Immolation was founded after the demise of Rigor Mortis (NY), a band formed in May 1986 by Andrew Sakowicz (bass guitar, vocals) Dave Wilkinson (drums), and Robert Vigna (guitar).
