Charles Peter DeLisi (born December 9, 1941) is an American biomedical scientist and the Metcalf Professor of Science and Engineering at Boston University. Matthew "Matt" DeLisi is an American criminologist, author, forensic consultant, and Distinguished Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Iowa State University, where he is also Coordinator of Criminal Justice and a faculty affiliate of the Center for the Study of Violence. Lynn Eleanor DeLisi () is an American psychiatrist known for her research on schizophrenia. She is an attending psychiatrist at the VA Boston Healthcare System and a professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She is the editor-in-chief of ''Psychiatry Research'' and the president of the Schizophrenia International Research Society.
