DeJon Jarreau
DeJon Jarmond Jarreau (born January 23, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for the Memphis Hustle of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the UMass Minutemen and the Houston Cougars. Early life and high school career Jarreau grew up in the 7th Ward of New Orleans, a neighborhood suffering from crime and poverty. He attended McDonogh 35 College Preparatory Charter High School in New Orleans. He competed for Elfrid Payton Elite on the Amateur Athletic Union circuit. Jarreau was a four-star recruit and committed to playing college basketball for UMass over an offer from Miami (Florida). College career UMass On November 14, 2016, Jarreau recorded a freshman season-high 25 points, eight rebounds and six assists in a 90–88 loss to Ole Miss. The Houston Cougars men's basketball team represents the University of Houston in Houston, Texas, in the NCAA Division I men's basketball competition. The university is a member of the American Athletic Conference. The Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball program represents the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Derek Kellogg
Derek William Kellogg (born June 20, 1973) is an American college basketball coach who currently serves as an assistant coach for UMass. Kellogg previously served as head coach of the Minutemen, his alma mater, being named to the position on April 23, 2008, replacing Travis Ford, who left to take the head coaching job at Oklahoma State University. He was removed from the position on March 9, 2017. After being let go by the Minutemen, he was named head coach of the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds, which represented the school's Brooklyn campus. The Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represents the University of Mississippi in the sport of basketball. The Rebels compete in the NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They started the 2015–16 season playing home games at Tad Smith Coliseum on the university's Oxford campus, but played their final game in that facility on December 22, 2015. The Miami Hurricanes men's basketball team is the college basketball team of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. The team competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The University of Miami men's basketball team was formed in 1926, but the program was later dropped by the university in 1971.
