Davit Lokyan (Դավիթ Լոքյան; born: January 20, 1958) is an Armenian politician. He served as the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia from 2016 to 2018. Hovik Argami Abrahamyan (; born 24 January 1959), also known by the nickname Muk ( hy, Մուկ), is an Armenian politician, former member of the ruling Republican Party, he was the Prime Minister of Armenia from 13 April 2014 to 8 September 2016. Karen Vilhelmi Karapetyan ( hy, Կարեն Վիլհելմի Կարապետյան; born 14 August 1963) is an Armenian politician who was Prime Minister of Armenia from September 2016 until April 2018. He was previously Mayor of Yerevan, the capital, from 2010 to 2011. He was appointed prime minister by President Serzh Sargsyan on 13 September 2016 and held office until 9 April 2018.
