Davide Brivio (motorsport)
Davide Brivio (born 17 July 1964) is an Italian motorsport manager. He was previously the team manager of Yamaha's World Superbike and MotoGP efforts, as well as Suzuki MotoGP. He is currently the racing director of Alpine F1 Team. Brivio is one of the most successful team managers in motorcycle grand prix racing history, having managed his teams and riders to 6 riders' titles, 4 constructors' titles, and 6 teams' titles. Career Having been born and raised in the vicinity of the legendary Monza racetrack, Brivio had an early passion for motorsport and was a keen motocross racer. He became the circuit commentator at his local motocross track and wrote reports for a motorcycle magazine. Brivio graduated from the Istituto Villa Greppi in Monticello, Italy with a diploma in accountancy in 1982. The 2020 FIM MotoGP World Championship was the premier class of the 72nd F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season. The season was notably characterized by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the absence of perennial title favourite Marc Márquez due to a serious arm injury, the high number of wins from different riders, teams and constructors, and the Yamaha engine controversy. Álex Rins Navarro (born 8 December 1995) is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer for the LCR Honda Castrol in the MotoGP class. He was the 2011 CEV Buckler 125 Junior GP Champion, and made his Grand Prix motorcycle racing debut in the Moto3 World Championship during the season. Career Moto3 World Championship Born in Barcelona, Rins began his career in Moto3 with the Estrella Galicia 0,0 team. In his second meeting, Rins took pole position for the Spanish Grand Prix. 2019 MotoGP World Championship
The 2019 FIM MotoGP World Championship was the premier class of the 71st F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season. After fifteen rounds of the championship, Marc Márquez successfully defended his Rider's Championship in Thailand taking his sixth premier class title and fourth in a row, having already won nine races. He ultimately won 12 races, breaking the single-season points and podium records with 420 points and 18 podium finishes from 19 races. Maverick Viñales Ruiz (; born 12 January 1995) is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer.
