David Tweedie (accountant)
Sir David Philip Tweedie (born 7 July 1944) is a British accountant. He is the former chairman of the International Accounting Standards Board (2001-2011) and the ninetieth member of The Accounting Hall of Fame. Burke's Peerage Limited is a British genealogical publisher founded in 1826, when the Irish genealogist John Burke began releasing books devoted to the ancestry and heraldry of the peerage, baronetage, knightage and landed gentry of Great Britain and Ireland.
