David Storobin
David Storobin (born 1979) is a New York attorney and a former New York State Senator. A Republican, Storobin represented District 27 in the New York State Senate for several months in 2012. Early life Storobin was born in the Soviet Union in 1979 and came to the United States in 1991. He was raised by his mother after his parents divorced when he was three years old. An absentee ballot is a vote cast by someone who is unable or unwilling to attend the official polling station to which the voter is normally allocated. Inna Vernikov (born August 30, 1984) is a Ukrainian-American attorney and politician serving as a member of the New York City Council for the 48th District.
