David Rosenbaum (soccer)
David Rosenbaum (born December 28, 1986, in Washington, D.C.) is an American soccer player who most recently played for Richmond Kickers in the USL Second Division. Career Youth and College Rosenbaum attended Woodrow Wilson High School (Washington, D.C.), Woodrow Wilson High School and played College soccer in the United States, college soccer at the University of Virginia, making 28 appearances over two seasons, before transferring to Virginia Commonwealth University as a junior. He also played two years for Richmond Kickers Future in the USL Premier Development League, where he amassed nearly 1,800 minutes while contributing two goals and three assists. Professional Rosenbaum turned professional in 2009 when he signed with the Richmond Kickers in the USL Second Division. He made his professional debut on April 25, 2009, in a 1–1 tie with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, but was limited to just three first team appearances in his rookie season. USL League Two (USL2), formerly the Premier Development League (PDL), is a semi-professional developmental soccer league sponsored by United Soccer Leagues in the United States and Canada, forming part of the United States soccer league system. The league features 113 teams for 2022, split into sixteen regional divisions across four conferences. USL League Two is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Ventura County Fusion are the current champions, having defeated Long Island Rough Riders 2–1 in the 2022 USL League Two Championship game on August 6, 2022. The USL Championship (USLC) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States that began its inaugural season in 2011. Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC is an American professional soccer team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1999 and beginning play in 1999, the club plays in the Eastern Conference of the USL Championship, the second tier of the American soccer pyramid. Since 2013, the Riverhounds have played their home games at the 5,000-seat Highmark Stadium, a soccer-specific stadium located in Station Square. Their current head coach is Bob Lilley.
