David Kannemeyer (born 8 July 1977) is a South African former professional association football, soccer player who played as a left back. He played for Cape Town Spurs F.C., Cape Town Spurs, Ajax Cape Town F.C., Ajax Cape Town, Kaizer Chiefs F.C., Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns F.C., Mamelodi Sundowns, SuperSport United F.C., SuperSport United and Mpumalanga Black Aces F.C., Mpumalanga Black Aces, and he also played for the South Africa national football team, South Africa national team. Club career Kannemeyer was a founding member of Ajax Cape Town when Cape Town Spurs and Seven Stars (South African Soccer Club), Seven Stars amalgamated in 1999. Seven Stars were an association football (soccer) club from Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. History They were formed in 1995 by Rob Moore.
