David Jonsson
David Jonsson (born 1993/1994) is a British actor. He began his career in the West End. He is known for his roles in the BBC Two and HBO series ''Industry'' (2020–) and the film '' Rye Lane'' (2023). For the latter, he earned a British Independent Film Award nomination. In 2022, Jonsson appeared on the ''Evening Standard'' list of Londoners to watch and was one of British ''GQ'''s Men of the Year Honourees. He was named a 2023 Bright Young Thing by ''Tatler'' and a ''Screen International'' Star of Tomorrow. Early life Jonsson grew up in Custom House, an area of the East London Docklands. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA; ) is a drama school in London, England, that provides vocational conservatoire training for theatre, film, television, and radio. It is based in the Bloomsbury area of Central London, close to the Senate House complex of the University of London and is a founding member of the Federation of Drama Schools. ''Deep State'' is a British television espionage thriller series, written and created by Matthew Parkhill and Simon Maxwell, first broadcast in the United Kingdom on Fox on 5 April 2018. Duke Of York's Theatre
The Duke of York's Theatre is a West End theatre in St Martin's Lane, in the City of Westminster, London. It was built for Frank Wyatt and his wife, Violet Melnotte, who retained ownership of the theatre until her death in 1935. Designed by the architect Walter Emden, it opened on 10 September 1892 as the Trafalgar Square Theatre, and was renamed to Trafalgar Theatre in 1894. Almeida Theatre
The Almeida Theatre, opened in 1980, is a 325-seat producing house with an international reputation, which takes its name from the street on which it is located, off Upper Street, in the London Borough of Islington. The theatre produces a diverse range of drama. Successful plays are often transferred to West End theatres. Early history The theatre was built in 1837 for the newly formed Islington Literary and Scientific Society and included a library, reading room, museum, laboratory, and a lecture theatre seating 500. The architects were the fashionable partnership of Robert Lewis Roumieu and Alexander Dick Gough.
