David Hensley
David James Hensley (born March 28, 1996) is an American professional baseball infielder for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played college baseball for the San Diego State Aztecs baseball, and was selected by the Astros in the 26th round of the 2018 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2022. Amateur career Hensley is from San Diego, California. He attended Patrick Henry High School and San Diego State University, where he played college baseball for the Aztecs. Professional career Minor leagues The Houston Astros selected Hensley in the 26th round of the 2018 MLB draft. He made his professional debut that year with the High-A Quad Cities River Bandits. He spent the 2019 season with both Quad Cities and the Class A Fayetteville Woodpeckers. Sugar Land Space Cowboys
The Sugar Land Space Cowboys are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and the Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros Major League Baseball club. They are located in Sugar Land, Texas, part of the Greater Houston metropolitan area, and play their home games at Constellation Field. The team began play as the Sugar Land Skeeters in 2012 as an expansion team of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB), an independent baseball league. In baseball, a run is scored when a player advances around first, second and third base and returns safely to home plate, touching the bases in that order, before three outs are recorded and all obligations to reach base safely on batted balls are met or assured. The ''Corpus Christi Caller-Times'' is the newspaper of record for Corpus Christi, Texas. History There has been a newspaper in Corpus Christi for almost as long as there has been a town. In 1883, the ''Caller'' was started in a frame building at 310 North Chaparral, now the site of Green's Jewelers. Roy Miller was editor of the ''Caller'' 1907–1911, when it was an enterprise of the King Ranch; he sold his interest in it in 1929. Later, there was a newspaper called the ''Times''.
