David Goodridge
David Goodridge, is the Chef de Cuisine of the venerable Gaddi's restaurant at the Peninsula Hong Kong hotel. Biography Goodridge joined Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Oxfordshire, England, owned by one of the world's finest chefs Raymond Blanc, as a commis pâtissier at the age of 18. He was promoted to the position of Senior Sous Chef after five-year time and became the Senior Sous Chef at the age of just 25. Goodridge also spent time in the kitchen at Le Maison Troisgros, Restaurant Pierre Gagnaire and La Côte D'Or Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, formerly La Côte d'Or, is a Michelin Guide two-star French restaurant located in Saulieu, France. Gaddi's
Gaddi's is a French haute cuisine restaurant situated in The Peninsula Hong Kong hotel. It was opened in 1953 and named after a former general manager of The Peninsula, Leo Gaddi. The current executive chef, chef de cuisine is Rémi Van Peteghem, Albin Gobil. Decor The decor is meant to evoke colonial Hong Kong, old Hong Kong and the hotel's original 1928 neoclassical architecture. It has a European dining room, with two six-foot crystal-and-silver chandeliers from Paris, Tai Ping carpets, and a Chinese coromandel screen dating from 1670. Raymond Blanc OBE (born 19 November 1949) is a French chef. Blanc is the chef patron at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, a hotel-restaurant in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, England. The restaurant has two Michelin stars and scored 9/10 in the ''Good Food Guide''. He is entirely self-taught, but has himself taught or employed other chefs including Heston Blumenthal, John Burton-Race, Michael Caines, Paul Liebrandt, and Marco Pierre White. La Maison Troisgros
La Maison Troisgros is a Michelin Guide three-starred restaurant in Roanne, France north west of the city of Lyon. Head chef, Michel Troisgros of the Troisgros family, runs the hotel/restaurant along with his wife Marie-Pierre. In 1930, Burgundy native Jean-Baptiste Troisgros moved to Roanne with his wife, Marie, and bought a small hotel. She did the cooking, he oversaw the house. Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, formerly La Côte d'Or, is a Michelin Guide two-star French restaurant located in Saulieu, France.
