David Fenbury
David Maxwell Fenbury (24 March 1916 – 14 May 1976) was an Australian public servant who spent most of his career in the Territory of Papua and New Guinea. Early life and education Fenbury was born David Maxwell Fienberg in the Subiaco suburb of Perth in 1916, the third child of railway official David Percival Fienberg and Beatrice Amelia (née Conroy). Perth
Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. It is the fourth most populous city in Australia and Oceania, with a population of 2.1 million (80% of the state) living in Greater Perth in 2020. Perth is part of the South West Land Division of Western Australia, with most of the metropolitan area on the Swan Coastal Plain between the Indian Ocean and the Darling Scarp. Port Moresby

It is one of the largest cities in the southwestern Pacific (along with Jayapura) outside of Australia and New Zealand. It is located on the shores of the Gulf of Papua, on the south-western coast of the Papuan Peninsula of the island of New Guinea. The city emerged as a trade centre in the second half of the 19th century.
