David Doyle (actor)
David Fitzgerald Doyle (December 1, 1929 – February 26, 1997) was an American actor. He was best known for his portrayal of John Bosley on the 1970s TV series ''Charlie's Angels''. Doyle and Jaclyn Smith were the only actors to appear in every episode of the show. Early life Doyle was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Mary Ruth (née Fitzgerald) and Lewis Raymond Doyle, an attorney. He graduated from Campion High School in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin in 1947. His maternal grandfather, John Fitzgerald, was a prominent railroad builder and banker in Nebraska. His younger sister, Mary (1931–1995), was a stage actress, who died from lung cancer aged 63. Career Doyle is best remembered for his role as detective John Bosley on the television series ''Charlie's Angels'', one of only two actors (the other being original angel Jaclyn Smith) to appear in all 110 episodes of the series (1976–1981). David Doyle (judge)
David Doyle is a Judge of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, Financial Services Division. He was, until 31 July 2018, the First Deemster, Clerk of the Rolls and Deputy Governor of the Isle of Man. He was appointed in 2010 and was formerly a partner of Dickinson Cruickshank & Co from 1985 onwards. He was called to the Bar (Gray's Inn) in 1982 and the Manx Bar in 1984. He spent his formative years in Hong Kong, where he was educated at Island School. He attended King William's College in the Isle of Man from September 1974 to July 1978. He graduated from the University of Newcastle with a degree in law in 1981. In November 2010 it was announced that he would take up the position of First Deemster following the death of Michael Kerruish earlier in the year. Doyle was sworn in on 20 December 2010. David Doyle (rower)
David Doyle is an Australian former rower. He was an Australian national champion and U23 world champion, an Olympian and won a bronze medal at the 1983 World Rowing Championships. Club and state rowing Doyle was born in Melbourne and commenced his rowing career at Xavier College. His senior rowing was with Mercantile Rowing Club where his father Brian Doyle was a club stalwart and coach. Doyle represented Victoria at the Australian Rowing Championships in the men's Interstate Eight-Oared Championship – the King's Cup on six occasions from 1981 to 1987. He was in three consecutive King's Cup winning Victorian crews from 1985 to 1987. In Mercantile colours he contested national championship titles at the Australian Rowing Championships on various occasions. David Doyle (soccer)
David Doyle (born August 8, 1965) is an Irish soccer forward who spent seventeen seasons playing indoor soccer in the United States. He was the 1987–1988 Major Indoor Soccer League Rookie of the Year, was the 1996 and 1999 indoor soccer scoring champion and a six time first team All Star. College Doyle attended Campbell University where he played on the men's soccer team from 1983 to 1986. He led the country in scoring, with 34 goals, as a senior. He finished his career 72 goals and 19 assists for a school record 286 points. He was a 1986 second team All American and was inducted into the Campbell Hall of Fame in 2006. David John Haskins (born 24 April 1957, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England), better known as David J, is a British alternative rock musician, producer, and writer. He is the bassist for the gothic rock band Bauhaus and for Love and Rockets.
