David Buckley
David Buckley (born 7 June 1976) is a British composer of film and television scores, based in Santa Monica, California. Career Born in London in 1976, Buckley's first involvement with film music was as a cathedral choirboy performing on Peter Gabriel’s score for Martin Scorsese’s ''The Last Temptation of Christ''. He continued his musical education at the University of Cambridge. In 2006, Buckley moved to Los Angeles to collaborate on a number of Harry Gregson-Williams’ scores, including ''Shrek'', ''Gone Baby Gone'', ''Flushed Away'', ''Arthur Christmas'', ''Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time'' and ''The Number 23''. In addition to his work for Gregson-Williams, he has written additional music for Danny Elfman on films including '' American Hustle'', ''Big Eyes'' and all ''Fifty Shades'' movies (including the choral piece "Bliss") and for Hans Zimmer and Rupert Gregson-Williams on ''Winter's Tale'' and ''Wonder Woman''. David Joss Buckley (born 17 June 1948) is a British screenwriter, playwright, author, actor, and musician. A BAFTA-nominated screenwriter, Buckley has written many hours of television drama, including episodes of ''Emmerdale'' (1989–1996), ''EastEnders,'' ''Rosemary & Thyme'', '' Down To Earth'', ''Lucy Sullivan Is Getting Married'' and ''Casualty''. He was an associate producer and lead writer for ''A Mind to Kill''. He co-wrote series 1 of BBC 4's ''Hinterland'' His most recent TV work is an 8-part series entitled "Cold Courage" adapted from books by Finnish author Pekka Hiltunen. The series screened in Nordic territories in Spring, 2020. He has also written for radio, for pantomimes, and has authored published books. David Buckley (Gaelic Footballer)
David Buckley (born October 2001) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays at club level with Newcetsown and at inter-county level with the Cork senior football team. He usually lines out as a forward. Career Buckley first came to prominence as a dual player at juvenile and underage levels with the Newcestown club. He was part of the Newcestown minor teams that claimed a minor double in 2019, while also making his senior team debut that year. Buckley first appeared on the inter-county scene as a member of the Cork minor football team in 2018. He later won a Munster Championship title with the under-20 side. Buckley was first selected for the Cork senior football team for the pre-season McGrath Cup competition in 2022. He later earned inclusion on the team's National League panel. The CIA Office of Inspector General exists to perform an inspector general (IG) function at the Central Intelligence Agency. The first IG was appointed in 1952.
