David Bradley (English Actor)
David John Bradley (born 17 April 1942) is a British actor. He is known for his screen roles including Argus Filch in the ''Harry Potter'' film series, Walder Frey in the HBO fantasy series ''Game of Thrones'', Abraham Setrakian in the FX horror series ''The Strain''. A character actor, Bradley has notably acted in '' Our Friends in the North'', the ''Three Flavours Cornetto'' trilogy and ''After Life''. He has made several appearances as the First Doctor in ''Doctor Who'', having portrayed the role's originator, William Hartnell, in the docudrama '' An Adventure in Space and Time''. In 2021, he received an Annie Award for Best Voice Actor in a Television Series for his work as Merlin in Guillermo del Toro’s animated Netflix series ''Tales of Arcadia''. San Diego Comic-Con International is a comic book convention and nonprofit multi-genre entertainment event held annually in San Diego, California since 1970. The name, as given on its website, is Comic-Con International: San Diego; but it is commonly known simply as Comic-Con or the San Diego Comic-Con or SDCC. Annie Award
The Annie Awards are accolades which the Los Angeles branch of the International Animated Film Association, ASIFA-Hollywood, has presented each year since 1972 to recognize excellence in animation shown in cinema and television. Originally designed to celebrate lifetime or career contributions to animation, the award has been given to individual works since 1992. Membership in ASIFA-Hollywood is divided into three main categories: General Member (for professionals), Patron (for enthusiasts of animation), and Student Member. Cooke, Troughton & Simms was a British instrument-making firm formed in York in 1922 by the merger of T. Cooke & Sons and Troughton & Simms. Origins Thomas Cooke set up a business in York in 1837 making astronomical telescopes. One early notable instrument was a 4.5 inch equatorial refractor which would have been exceptional at the time.
