David Smith (27 November 1962 – 18 May 2002) was an English professional wrestler. Born in Golborne, Lancashire, Smith is best known for his appearances in the United States with the World Wrestling Federation under the ring names Davey Boy Smith and The British Bulldog. He was trained by Ted Betley in Winwick, England before relocating to Calgary, Alberta, Canada to further his training under Stu Hart. While training with Hart, Smith met Stu and Helen Hart's youngest daughter Diana, whom he married on 7 October 1984. Horace Davey, Baron Davey, PC, FRS, FBA (30 August 183320 February 1907) was an English judge and Liberal politician. Background and education Davey was the son of Peter Davey, of Horton, Buckinghamshire and Caroline Emma Pace, and was born in Camberwell, Surrey. He was educated at Rugby and University College, Oxford, where he matriculated on 20 March 1852. He took a double first-class in Classics and Mathematics (Moderations and Finals), was senior mathematical scholar and Eldon law scholar (1859), and was elected a Fellow of his college (1856–67). Having achieved a BA (1856), and an MA (1859) Davey decided on a career in the law. He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 19 January 1857. On 26 January 1861, he was called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn. ''Davey and Goliath'' is a Christian clay-animated children's television series, whose central characters were created by Art Clokey, Ruth Clokey, and Dick Sutcliffe, and which was produced first by the United Lutheran Church in America and later by the Lutheran Church in America. Davey River
The Davey River is a perennial river located in the south-west region of Tasmania, Australia. Course and features The Davey River rises on the western slopes of the Frankland Range, below Coronation Peak, and flows generally south by west through the Southwest National Park, joined by ten tributaries including the Lora, Frankland, Hardwood, Crossing, and De Witt rivers. The river reaches its mouth in Payne Bay, an inner part of Port Davey, and empties out into the Southern Ocean. The river descends over its course. A section of the lower Davey River gorge is known as Hells Gates, - providing confusion with the entry to Macquarie Harbour which has an entrance by the same name - Hells Gates.
