Dave Pinto
Dave Pinto (born April 12, 1972) is an American politician serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2015. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), Pinto represents District 64B, which includes parts of Saint Paul in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Early life, education and career Pinto grew up in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. He attended Harvard University, graduating with a bachelor's degree, and the University of Virginia, graduating with a M.B.A. and J.D. Pinto worked as a clerk for Judge Diana E. Murphy in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the office of U.S. Representative Bruce Vento. Pinto is an assistant attorney for Ramsey County. Michael Paymar
Michael Paymar (born December 27, 1953) is a Minnesota politician and former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represented District 64B, which includes portions of the city of Saint Paul in Ramsey County, which is part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. He is also a resource specialist for the Battered Women's Justice Project. Early life, education, and career Paymar graduated from East High School in Duluth, then went on to the College of St. Scholastica, also in Duluth, graduating with a B.A. in education and history. He later attended Hamline University in Saint Paul, earning his M.P.A. He served on the Duluth City Council from 1980 to 1988, and was council president in 1984. Bruce Frank Vento (October 7, 1940 – October 10, 2000) was an American politician, a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the United States House of Representatives from 1977 until his death in 2000, representing . Early life Vento was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and was educated at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Minneapolis, where he received his BA in 1961. He later, in 1965, received a B.S with honors, from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. He was a public school teacher in St. Paul, Minnesota prior to entering politics. Career Vento served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1971 until 1976 before entering the House. Vento is recognized for his efforts in cleaning the environment and promoting affordable housing. The secretary of state of Minnesota is a constitutional officer in the executive branch of government of the U.S. State of Minnesota. Twenty-two individuals have held the office of secretary of state since statehood. The incumbent is Steve Simon, a DFLer.
