Dave MacQueen
Dave MacQueen (born February 8, 1959) is a Canadian ice hockey coach and former player. MacQueen most recently served as the head coach of Austria's Dornbirn Bulldogs. Playing career Prior to becoming a coach, MacQueen played seven years of professional hockey (1979–86), bouncing between the EHL, IHL, CHL, and the ACHL. MacQueen led his team in goals scored three different times: Johnstown Red Wings (1979–80), Salem Raiders (1981–82), and Virginia Raiders (1982–83). Coaching career He was an assistant coach with the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning from 1996 to 1998. MacQueen was named the OHL's "Coach of the Year' for guiding the Erie Otters to a 45-22-4 season record during the 2000-01 season and led the Erie Otters to the 2001-02 OHL Championship. Woodstock is a city in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. The city has a population of 40,902 according to the 2016 Canadian census. International Hockey League (1945–2001)
The International Hockey League (IHL) was a minor professional ice hockey league in the United States and Canada that operated from 1945 to 2001. The IHL served as the National Hockey League's alternate Farm team, farm system to the American Hockey League (AHL). After 56 years of operation, financial instability led to the league's demise. The ICE Hockey League (International Central European Hockey League), known as the win2day ICE Hockey League for sponsorship reasons, is a Central European hockey league that also serves as the top-tier ice hockey league in Austria, it currently features additional teams from Hungary, Italy, and Slovenia. Dornbirn Bulldogs is a professional ice hockey team in Dornbirn, Vorarlberg, Austria, who formerly played in the Austrian Hockey League (IceHL), the first level of ice hockey in Austria, since 2012. until 2022. The club was founded in 1992 and in 2001, began play in the Austrian National League. In their 11 years in the National League, Austria's second-tier league, Dornbirn celebrated two titles in 2008 and 2010. Trevor Letowski
Trevor Letowski (born April 5, 1977) is a Canadian ice hockey coach and former professional player. Letowski played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Phoenix Coyotes, Vancouver Canucks, Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Carolina Hurricanes. Letowski was the head coach of the OHL's Sarnia Sting and the Windsor Spitfires. Letowski is currently an assistant coach for the NHL's Montreal Canadiens. Playing career Letowski began his career playing junior hockey for the Sarnia Sting of the Ontario Hockey League. Sarnia Sting
Sarnia is a city in Lambton County, Ontario, Canada. It had a 2021 population of 72,047, and is the largest city on Lake Huron. Erie Otters
The Erie Otters are a Major junior ice hockey team based in Erie, Pennsylvania. They are members of the Midwest division of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), one of only three American teams in the circuit. The team name refers to the North American river otter common to Lake Erie. History The Erie Otters were previously located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where they were called the Niagara Falls Thunder. They moved to Erie Insurance Arena in downtown Erie in time for the 1996–97 season. After three seasons of mediocrity in Erie, they won the Midwest Division's Holody Trophy in 1999.
