David Delmar Edler (born August 5, 1956) is a former Major League Baseball player. Edler played third base for the Seattle Mariners from –. Edler attended Washington State University, where he played college baseball for the Cougars from 1976–1978. He was selected by the Mariners in the 21st round (520th overall) of the 1978 Major League Baseball draft. Edler made his major league debut for the Mariners on September 4, 1980 against the Boston Red Sox, finishing the game 0-for-4 in Seattle's 7–4 win.
