Dave Bird (darts Player)
David Alan Bird (born 26 December 1984) is an English footballer who played as a central midfielder. Bird holds the record for most Football League appearances for Cheltenham Town F.C., having made 289 League appearances for the club. He has previously played for Cheltenham Town, Kidderminster Harriers and Gloucester City. Gloucester ( ) is a cathedral city and the county town of Gloucestershire in the South West of England. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Cinderford is a town and civil parish on the eastern fringe of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, England. The population was 8,777 at the 2021 Census. The town came into existence in the 19th century, following the rapid expansion of Cinderford Ironworks and the Forest of Dean Coalfield.
