Dauri Michell Moreta (born April 15, 1996) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Cincinnati Reds. Career Cincinnati Reds Moreta signed with the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent on March 16, 2015. He spent the 2015 season with the Dominican Summer League Reds, going 1–2 with a 1.69 ERA and 30 strikeouts over innings. He split the 2016 season between the AZL Reds and the Billings Mustangs, going a combined 3–3 with a 1.89 ERA and 56 strikeouts over innings. The Dayton Dragons are a Minor League Baseball team of the Midwest League and the High-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. They are located in Dayton, Ohio, and play their home games at Day Air Ballpark, formerly known as Fifth Third Field. Kevin Bradley Newman (born August 4, 1993) is an American professional baseball shortstop for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In baseball, a save (abbreviated SV or S) is credited to a pitcher who finishes a game for the winning team under certain prescribed circumstances. Most commonly a pitcher earns a save by entering in the ninth inning of a game in which his team is winning by three or fewer runs and finishing the game by pitching one inning without losing the lead.
