Darulfatwa - Islamic High Council Of Australia
Darulfatwa - Islamic High Council of Australia was established in 2004 by the Association of Islamic Charitable Projects, Australia as an "independent and moderate, symbol of hope for Australian Muslims". It is supportive of Sufism. Darulfatwa (also known as Darul-Fatwa or House of Fatwa) provides Fatwas and is associated with a number of Australian Islamic organisations and Muslim schools. including the colocated Salamah College and radio station 2MFM. Darulfatwa says it, "does not endorse any form of extremist ideology and it opposes any potential spreading of such ideology . . nd. . that all acts of evil carried out in the name of Islam should be condemned and countered by all available means". Bankstown
Bankstown is a suburb south west of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is 16 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district and is located in the local government area of the City of Canterbury-Bankstown, having previously been the administrative centre of the City of Bankstown prior to 2016. John Howard

The Australian National Imams Council (ANIC) was formed in 2006 during a meeting of more than 80 Sunni imams which had gathered to discuss the crisis created by comments made by Taj El-Din Hilaly. In 2011, they requested that the Darulfatwa-supported Muslim Community Radio Incorporated not have its licence renewed due to ties with Al-Ahbash and because of its promotion of "sectarian fringe views". Muslim Community Radio ( call sign 2MFM) is a community radio station based in Bankstown, New South Wales, Australia, and broadcasts to Sydney on a citywide licence. It is a volunteer-run organisation and is funded mostly through listener support. History The station is linked with Darulfatwa - Islamic High Council of Australia. The station first broadcast under a temporary licence during Ramadan and Dhu al-Hijjah beginning in 1995 and then added a weekly Friday broadcast in 1997. Salamah College
Salamah College is an independent Islamic co-educational primary and secondary day school, located in Chester Hill, a south-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The school motto is ''Education. Faith. Discipline''. Salamah College commenced its first year of K-8 in 2012. However, after expansions the school teaches K-12. The campus features a soccer field, pool, tennis courts and mosque. The campus has over 700 students in both primary and secondary. The school employs more than 100 staff members.
