Darryl Hickie
Darryl Hickie (born ) is a Canadian politician. He was elected to represent the electoral district of Prince Albert Carlton in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan in the 2007 election. He is a member of the Saskatchewan Party. Hickie was born in Winnipeg into a military family, and moved to Prince Albert in 1975. He worked as a correctional officer and parole officer at the Saskatchewan Federal Penitentiary, and later as a police officer for the Prince Albert Police Service. He was appointed to the Executive Council of Saskatchewan as Minister of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing in Brad Wall Bradley John Wall (born November 24, 1965), is a Canadian former politician who served as the 14th premier of Saskatchewan from November 21, 2007 until February 2, 2018. Winnipeg () is the capital and largest city of the province of Manitoba in Canada. The Executive Council of Saskatchewan (informally and more commonly, the Cabinet of Saskatchewan) is the cabinet of that Canadian province. Almost always made up of members of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, the Cabinet is similar in structure and role to the Cabinet of Canada while being smaller in size. Bradley John Wall (born November 24, 1965), is a Canadian former politician who served as the 14th premier of Saskatchewan from November 21, 2007 until February 2, 2018. He is the fourth longest-tenured premier in the province's history. His son, Colter Wall is a country music singer. Saskatchewan Federal Penitentiary
Saskatchewan Penitentiary is a Medium Security Facility with Maximum Security areas. It is located on a walled 20-acre (81,000 m²) parcel of land in the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461, one kilometre west of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada. It opened in 1911 built on the site of a former residential school run by the Anglican Church of Canada. Units There are six operational units within the facility. A Special Handling unit closed down in 1997, and the vacated space will be integrated into a long-planned maximum security unit. Currently, however, it contains an Intake Assessment Unit as well as a Segregation Unit. There is a pilot project with a partnership of Aboriginal Elders to stop the segregation of Aboriginal inmates where practical and desirable. There is also a Mental Health Unit with 25 beds.
