Darron Brittman (born September 3, 1962) is a former American basketball player who is best known as the first officially recognized NCAA Division I season steals leader in 1985–86. He is also one of only two Division I players ever to record 11 or more steals in two separate games. The first occurrence was on January 24, 1986 against McKendree University, and the second time happened two weeks later on February 8 against Saint Xavier University. Brittman recorded 11 steals in each game. Brittman grew up in Chicago, Illinois and attended Chicago Vocational Career Academy. When he played college basketball for Chicago State University, the school was not classified as Division I until his senior year in 1985–86, so even though he led the nation in steals per game as a junior, the statistic is not recognized as a Division I accomplishment. James Darron Cox (born November 21, 1967) is an American former Major League Baseball catcher who played 15 games for the Montreal Expos in the season. Biography A native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Cox attended Mustang High School and the University of Oklahoma. In 1987, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League, and returned to the league the following season when he was named a league all-star for the Wareham Gatemen. Darron Townley 'Biffer' Foy (born 8 March 1971) is a former English cricketer. Foy was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm fast-medium. He was born in Bury, Lancashire. Foy represented the Lancashire Cricket Board in 2 List A matches against the Netherlands in the 1999 NatWest Trophy and Suffolk in the 2000 NatWest Trophy. In his 2 List A matches, he scored 23 runs at a batting average of 11.50, with a high score of 19. With the ball he took a single wicket at a cost of 63 runs, with best figures of 1/36. Darron Gee
Darron Gee is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder. He was most recently the assistant manager of York City. Gee played in non-League football with Hucknall Town, before moving into management with Dunkirk, with whom he won promotion to the Central Midlands League Supreme Division in the 1995–96 season. He went on to have spells as Gary Mills' assistant manager at Grantham Town, King's Lynn and Tamworth. He took over as Tamworth manager in 2002, and in a two-year spell won the Southern League Premier Division title, reached an FA Trophy final and kept the club in the Football Conference. He worked with Mills again at Notts County and Alfreton Town, and after initially taking over as manager at Alfreton, followed Mills to Tamworth in 2007. Darron Thomas Daniel Gibson (born 25 October 1987) is an Irish professional footballer who last played as a midfielder for League Two club Salford City, and formerly for the Republic of Ireland national team. Darron Karl McDonough (born 7 November 1962) is an English former footballer, most noted as a player for Oldham Athletic and Luton Town. Playing career Born in Antwerp but raised in Lancashire, McDonough joined his local side Oldham Athletic from school as an apprentice in 1980. He played in 183 games in six seasons at Boundary Park before signing for Luton Town in an £87,000 transfer deal. He represented the Bedfordshire club 105 times in five seasons. Injuries plagued his time at Luton, and he was sidelined for Luton's famous League Cup victory over Arsenal in 1987–88, though he did appear in the defeat to Nottingham Forest a year later. He was a three-time All-America at Florida Southern College and was a member of the 1995 NCAA Division II National Championship team. Darrhon or Darron (Greek: Δάῤῥων) was a Paeonian god of healing, whose cult was adopted by the ancient Macedonians, as mentioned by Hesychius as Macedonian Daemon and attested hapax in one inscription of Pella c. 200-150 BC.
