Dario J. Frommer (born October 22, 1963, in Long Beach, California) is a former member of the California State Assembly The California State Assembly is the lower house of the California State Legislature, the upper house being the California State Senate. The Assembly convenes, along with the State Senate, at the California State Capitol in Sacramento. The A ... for the 43rd district who served from 2000 until 2006. He served as Majority Leader from 2004 until 2006. Frommer also served as Chair of the Health Committee. He is now a partner with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Los Angeles.

California State Assembly
The California State Assembly is the lower house of the California State Legislature, the upper house being the California State Senate. The Assembly convenes, along with the State Senate, at the California State Capitol in Sacramento. The Assembly consists of 80 members, with each member representing at least 465,000 people. Due to a combination of the state's large population and a legislature that has not been expanded since the ratification of the 1879 Constitution, the Assembly has the largest population-per-representative ratio of any state lower house and second largest of any legislative lower house in the United States after the federal House of Representatives. Marco Firebaugh
Marco Antonio Firebaugh (October 13, 1966 – March 21, 2006) was a Democratic member of the California State Assembly from 1998 until 2004. Early life and education Born in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, Firebaugh received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. degree from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. Career Firebaugh was elected to the California State Assembly in 1998. In his final term in the Assembly, Firebaugh served concurrently as Assembly Majority Leader and Chairman of the California Latino Legislative Caucus. Firebaugh had been seeking the Democratic nomination for a seat in the California State Senate, representing the 30th District. Personal life Firebaugh was a resident of South Gate, California. Scott Wildman
Scott Frederic Wildman (born April 12, 1951 in San Diego, California) is an American teacher, labor organizer and politician. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Career In 1996, he ran for the Glendale-Burbank based 43rd district in the California State Assembly left open when incumbent Republican James Rogan decided to run for congress. Wildman was an underdog, but demographic changes plus coordination with other Democratic campaigns in the area allowed him to eke out a 192-vote win over wealthy GOP businessman John Geranios.
