Dardan Sejdiu
Dardan Sejdiu (born 13 August 1979) is a Kosovo Albanian politician. He served as the leader of the parliamentary group of Social Democratic Party of Kosovo in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. He also served as Deputy Mayor of Prishtina as a member of the capital of the Kosovo between 2014 and 2017, being a member of Vetëvendosje at the time. Previously, he has been engaged for four years as president of the management board of the Slovenian-Kosovo Pension with a key role in managing this fund for the whole of Kosovo. Sejdiu was a member of Vetevendosje from 2011 to 2018. Political career Dardan Sejdiu as a member of the New Spirit Party ran in the 2010 elections, but the party did not pass the electoral threshold. In March 2011 New Spirit Party merged into Vetëvendosje, Dardan Sejdiu and Shpend Ahmeti being among them. Social Democratic Party Of Kosovo
The Social Democratic Party of Kosovo ( sq, Partia Socialdemokrate e Kosovës, PSD) is a political party in Kosovo. It was established on 10 February 1990 by Kaqusha Jashari, and was the second political party to be established in the newly pluralist Kosovo. Leadership The current leader of the party is Dardan Molliqaj. He was chosen at the party's meeting on 15 December 2019. Presidents of the Social Democratic Party of Kosovo (1990–present) In Parliament PSD participated in the elections of 2017 in a coalition with PDK, AAK and Nisma, but failed to get any seat in the parliament. Selim Isa Pacolli (born 21 September 1969) is a Kosovo politician who serves as the Deputy Mayor of Prishtina since 27 December 2017. Pacolli, from 2011 to 2018 was the General Director of Swiss Diamond Prishtina Early life and education Selim Pacolli was born in the village of Marec, near Pristina where he spent his entire childhood and completed primary education. He graduated from Xhevdet Doda High School and then completed studies on economics. Vetëvendosje
Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (, en, Self-determination Movement; LVV) is a centre-left to left-wing political party in Kosovo. It is orientated towards principles of social democracy, populism, and Albanian nationalism. Vetëvendosje was founded in 2005 as a grassroots, anti-establishment movement and as a successor of the Kosova Action Network (KAN) and participated in elections for the first time in 2010. New Spirit Party
Partia Fryma e Re (FeR; en, New Spirit Party) was a political party in Kosovo. It was founded and registered with the Central Elections Committee in October 2010 by Harvard University graduate Shpend Ahmeti, Ilir Deda, Director of the Kosovo Institute for Policy Research and Development (KIPRED) and others, and supports Kosovo in becoming a new generation political state. "We do not distinguish citizens based on where they come from... they are individuals and everyone will be represented without distinction," stated Deda.
