Dany Bill (actor)
Dany Bill (born 28 April 1973) is a Cameroonian former kickboxer and seven-time Muay Thai World Champion. Biography The early life of Danny Bills was spent in France, where he developed a boyhood enthusiasm for soccer. He started a life-changing journey in 1986 when he started training at the elite Nemrod Boxing Gym, which is housed inside La Cité du Clos Saint Lazare in his hometown of Stains (93). Dany Bill's adventure in the world of combat sports began when he was an exceptionally young 14 years old. In 1988, at the age of 15, he won the coveted title of French Muay Thai Champion. He defeated Den Muang Surin in Thailand in 1993 to become the first fighter from Europe to win the World Title. This happened in Bangkok during the King's Birthday celebration. Kenichi Ogata (shoot Boxer)
; born January 26, 1975) is a Japanese super welterweight shoot boxer, fighting out of Cesar Gym in Asakusa. He was the first Japanese national champion of shoot boxing at Super welterweight. He is the winner of S-cup in 2006 and the finalist of 2008 S-cup. His real name is still Kenichi Ogata, but it is written as "尾形健一". Ramon Dekkers
Ramon Dekkers (4 September 1969 – 27 February 2013) was a Dutch kickboxer and an eight-time Muay Thai world champion. Dekkers was a favourite with fight fans due to his fast-paced, aggressive fighting style. Dekkers was also renowned for his willingness to go abroad to fight the Thai champions in their own country. Biography Early years Dekkers was born on 4 September 1969 in Breda, Netherlands. He began learning martial arts at age 12, studying judo for half a year. He then switched to boxing. After a couple of years Dekkers started practicing Muay Thai under Cor Hemmers. After finishing his baker education Dekkers joined Maeng Ho Breda Gym. Lumpinee Stadium
Lumpinee Boxing Stadium ( th, สนามเวทีมวยลุมพินี) is a sporting arena in Bangkok, Thailand. The stadium is named after Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha. Opened more than a decade later than Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee is run by the Royal Thai Army. It has become the symbol of modern Muay Thai. Only Rajadamnern Stadium rivals the prestige of holding the title of "Muay Thai Champion of Lumpinee". The ranking system and championship titles are held from mini flyweight (105 lb) up to super welterweight (154 lb). Muay Thai bouts are held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Orono Por Muang Ubon ( th, โอโรโน่ พ.เมืองอุบล; born January 14, 1973, in Ubon Ratchathani) is a Thai former Muay Thai fighter. Biography and career Orono started Muay Thai at 10 in the Kiatkamchai camp. At 15 he joined the Por Muang Ubon gym in his native Ubon Ratchathani Province to start his Bangkok career, training alongside other notable fighters such as Nungubon Sitlerchai and Nuengtrakarn Por Muang Ubon. His ring name was given to him by a trainer who thought he had a similar face as the boxing champion Rafael Orono who came to compete for a world title in Thailand in 1983 and 1985.
