Danny Young (actor)
Danny Young (born 7 November 1986 in Essex) is an English actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Warren Baldwin on the popular long-running soap ''Coronation Street'', and for his participation in the celebrity ice skating show ''Dancing on Ice''. Acting career Young appeared on Coronation Street, playing Warren Baldwin from August 2004 to August 2005, until dropped by the show's bosses due to the character's storyline coming to an end. Young then returned to the soap for several episodes in 2006. Before appearing on Coronation Street and given a regular role, Young played Dean in '' Out of Control'' which won him the Best Young Actor award in the drama category (2002), and Ricardo on the CBBC series ''Kerching!'' (2003). He also had roles in "The Vice" (2003), the award-winning ''Gone'' (2003) (a short film) and ''Wall of Silence'' (2004). Dancing On Ice
''Dancing on Ice'' is a British television series presented by Phillip Schofield alongside Holly Willoughby from 2006 to 2011, who then returned in 2018, and Christine Bleakley from 2012 to 2014. The series features celebrities and their professional partners figure skating in front of a panel of judges. The series, broadcast on ITV (TV network), ITV, started on 14 January 2006 and ended on 9 March 2014 after the contract was not renewed by ITV. On 4 September 2017, it was announced that a revived series would air on ITV from 7 January 2018 with Schofield and Willoughby returning as hosts. ''The Bill'' is a British police procedural television series, first broadcast on ITV from 16 August 1983 until 31 August 2010. ''The Match'' is a reality TV show on Sky One in which a group of celebrities form a football team to compete against a team of former professional footballers (The Legends). The show begins with a large squad of celebrities who train and live together, all aiming to be selected for "The Match" against the team of legends. Christopher Dean
Christopher Colin Dean, OBE (born 27 July 1958) is a British ice dancer who won a gold medal at the 1984 Winter Olympics with his skating partner Jayne Torvill. They also won a bronze medal at the 1994 Winter Olympics. Early life Dean grew up in Calverton, Nottinghamshire. When he was six, his mother left and his father remarried. Dean never talked about this with his father or stepmother, both of whom have died. He has regained contact with his mother. From 1974 to 1980, he was a police constable with Nottinghamshire Police. Skating career Dean began to skate at the age of 10 after he received a pair of skates as a Christmas present. His parents were keen ballroom dancers.
