Danny Walters (American Football)
Daniel Eugene "Danny" Walters (born November 4, 1960) is a former American Football cornerback for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). Walters played college football for the University of Arkansas, in Fayetteville, and he was chosen by the San Diego Chargers in the fourth round of the 1983 NFL Draft. Early years Walters was born on November 4, 1960 in Prescott, Arkansas. He graduated primary school at Julian High School in Chicago, Illinois, and college at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. From 1979 - 1982, he played football in the SWC where he is credited with 148 yards Rushing, 117 yards Receiving, 28 yards Passing, 7 Interceptions, and 2 Touchdowns for the Razorbacks. During Walters time with the Razorbacks, Lou Holtz was their head coach. Southwest Conference
The Southwest Conference (SWC) was an NCAA Division I college athletic conference in the United States that existed from 1914 to 1996. Composed primarily of schools from Texas, at various times the conference included schools from Oklahoma and Arkansas. For most of its history, the core members of the conference were Texas-based schools plus one in Arkansas: Baylor University, Rice University, Southern Methodist University, Texas A&M University, Texas Christian University, Texas Tech University, the University of Arkansas and the University of Texas at Austin. In law, a sentence is the punishment for a crime ordered by a trial court after conviction in a criminal procedure, normally at the conclusion of a trial. Alan Keith Saunders (born February 1, 1947) is an American football coach who most recently served as the senior offensive assistant for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). Personal life Saunders was born in the north London suburb of Hendon as part of a sporting family; his great-uncle, Ron Saunders, played soccer for a number of teams in The Football League and later became a manager, winning honours with Norwich City and Aston Villa. Saunders is a member of the San Jose State University Hall of Fame. Don Coryell
Donald David Coryell (October 17, 1924 – July 1, 2010) was an American football coach, who coached in the National Football League (NFL) first with the St. Louis Cardinals from 1973 to 1977 and then the San Diego Chargers from 1978 to 1986. Well known for his innovations to football's passing offense, commonly known as "Air Coryell", he was the first head coach to win more than 100 games at both the collegiate and professional level. Coryell was inducted into the Chargers Hall of Fame in 1986 and is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame. Lou Holtz
Louis Leo Holtz (born January 6, 1937) is an American former football player, coach, and analyst. He served as the head football coach at The College of William & Mary (1969–1971), North Carolina State University (1972–1975), the New York Jets (1976), the University of Arkansas (1977–1983), the University of Minnesota (1984–1985), the University of Notre Dame (1986–1996), and the University of South Carolina (1999–2004), compiling a career record of 249–132–7. Holtz's 1988 Notre Dame team went 12–0 with a victory in the Fiesta Bowl and was the consensus national champion. Holtz is the only college football coach to lead six different programs to bowl games and the only coach to guide four different programs to the final top 20 rankings.
