Danny Craven
Danny Craven (born 3 May 1967) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda Football Club, St Kilda and the Brisbane Bears in the Australian Football League, Victorian/Australian Football League (VFL/AFL). Playing as a rover, Craven, played in the opening four fixtures of the 1989 VFL season, before breaking his leg in St Kilda's round five game against Essendon Football Club, Essendon at Windy Hill, Essendon, Windy Hill. He not only missed the rest of the year but also didn't play a senior game in 1990 AFL season, 1990. A rover, he returned for 1991 AFL season and averaged 20 disposals from his 18 appearances. He left St Kilda at the end of the 1992 AFL season and was taken at number 78 in the 1992 AFL Draft, Pre-Season Draft by the Brisbane Bears. In three seasons Craven played 25 games for Brisbane, 15 of which came in 1994 AFL season, 1994. The National Indigenous Radio Service (NIRS) is a satellite program feed available in Australia to Indigenous and non-Indigenous community radio stations. NIRS provides targeted and specialist programming for and by Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander broadcasters. From its base in Brisbane NIRS provides a feed of programs and music supplied by a number of contributing stations including Koori Radio, 4AAA anBBM Subscribing stations are able to re-transmit individual programs or entire blocks of program time as needed. As NIRS is broadcast 24 hours a day, stations with limited resources who are unable to provide a full-time service can use NIRS to fill the gaps between local programming. Mayne Australian Football Club is an Australian rules football club based in the Brisbane suburb of Enoggera. The club colours are black and gold and they are nicknamed the Tigers. It is the most successful club in the history of the Queensland Australian Football League, Queensland's highest level of competition, with 15 premierships from the 1920s to the 1980s. Craig Brittain
Craig Brittain (born 6 June 1964) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with North Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Brittain, was born in Melbourne before moving to Cairns in his youth. He represented Queensland in the Teal Cup and was selected in the Under-18 tournament's "All-Australian" team. Although only 17, he was also a member of Windsor-Zillmere's QAFL premiership team that year. The following season he joined North Melbourne and captained their Under-19s side. He played five senior games in 1984, his third year at the club, but knee problems limited his opportunities. He continued at Windsor-Zillmere when he returned up north and in 1988 he captained the club to another premiership. The side was coached by his brother Wayne, the future Carlton coach. The 1998 AFL season was the 102nd season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989. Suncoast Lions Football Club
The Brisbane Lions is a professional Australian rules football club based in Brisbane, Queensland, that plays in the Australian Football League (AFL). The club was formed in late 1996 via a merger of the Melbourne-based 1883 foundation VFL club the Fitzroy Lions, and the 1987 Queensland based expansion club the Brisbane Bears, with the colours of maroon, blue, and gold being drawn from both parent clubs. The Lions are one of the most successful AFL club of the 2000s, appearing in four consecutive Grand Finals from 2001 to 2004 and winning three premierships ( 2001, 2002, 2003).
