David Dank
David Michael Dank (July 14, 1938 – April 10, 2015) was a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the Nichols Hills section of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He held this position from 2007 until his death, succeeding his term-limited wife, Odilia Dank, the first woman to serve as chairman of the House Education Committee, who died in August 2013. Early life A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dank graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City and attended the University of Oklahoma at Norman. Private career Dank was the president of Dank Consulting in Oklahoma City. Dank was the publisher of the ''Moore Monitor'' and the ''Oklahoma Conservative Review'' newspapers. Odilia Dank
Odilia Mary Russo Dank (September 3, 1938 – August 17, 2013) was an American educator and politician from Oklahoma City who served as a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, from District 85. Dank was elected in 1994 and served until she was term limited in 2006. Early life Odilia Mary Russo Dank was born in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Dr. Peter and Dr. Magdalene Russo. The family moved to Oklahoma when she was two years old. Dank and her family lived at Lake Aluma Chulosa, a small township on the northeast side of Oklahoma City. Her father worked as a radiologist and her mother worked as a dentist prior to marriage. Dank graduated from Casady High School in Oklahoma City. Ran Dank
Ran Dank (born April 3, 1982) is an Israeli classical pianist, who currently lives in New York, NY, USA. Early life Dank started playing the piano at the age of seven with Yaakov Krantz. He went on to work with Liora Peleg at the Givaataim Conservatory, and from 1994 until 2002, he studied with Professor Vadim Monastirsky of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. In the years between 2000 and 2003, Dank served under a special musician status in the Israeli Defense Forces. From 2004 to 2005, Dank attended the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel Aviv, where he received his BA in music, studying with Professor Emanuel Krasovsky. In 2005–07, Dank left his native Israel for the first time, to study at the Juilliard School in New York.
