Daniele Vicari
Daniele Vicari (born 26 February 1967) is an Italian director, screenwriter and producer. Life and career Born in Collegiove, Province of Rieti, Vicari graduated from Rome's University La Sapienza in History and Critics of Cinema under Guido Aristarco. Between 1990 and 1999 he was a film critic for the magazines ''Cinema Nuovo'' and ''Cinema 60'', and in the same period he filmed his first shorts. After shooting several documentary films, in 2002 Vicari made his feature film debut with the drama ''Maximum Velocity (V-Max)'', which was entered into the competition at the 59th Venice International Film Festival, 59th edition of the Venice International Film Festival and got him a David di Donatello for David di Donatello for Best New Director, best new director. His 2006 film ''My Country'' won a David di Donatello for best documentary film. ''Diaz – Don't Clean Up This Blood'', or only ''Diaz'', is a 2012 Italian-French-Romanian Drama (film and television), drama film directed by Daniele Vicari, focusing on the final days of the 27th G8 summit, 2001 G8 summit in Genoa, Italy, when police stormed 2001 raid on the Diaz school, Armando Diaz, a school in Genoa. In the nighttime raid, over 300 police officers attacked activists and journalists, seriously injuring 61 and putting one in a coma. Plot The film focuses on 2001 raid on the Diaz school, the storming of the Diaz school in Genoa by the police after the 2001 G8 summit. In that building were protesters against the international summit on the night between 21 and 22 July 2001. It is based on the testimonies and reports from judicial processes. The film develops through the intertwining stories of some of the protagonists. Luca is a reporter for the Journal of Bologna. Anija
Anija (german: Hanniecken) is a village in Anija Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It has a population of 128 (as of 1 January 2010). Anija was first mentioned in 1241 as ''Hangægus'' village in the Danish Census Book. Anija Manor A manor house has existed in Anija since at least 1482, but the present building dates from the early years of the 19th century. The manor was burned down during the uprising of 1905, but later restored more or less in its original form. The building still showcases some fine stucco decorations on both the front and back façades, as well as an ebony staircase from the early 20th century. Adjacent to the manor house the former smithy, granary, creamery and cowshed are situated. The manor house is located in a park, unique for its many foreign tree species.
