Daniela Ziegler
Daniela Ziegler (born September 5, 1948) is a German actress and singer. Biography After studying acting at the Schauspielschule Bochum, she had engagements in Trier, at the Deutsches Theater in Göttingen, at the State Theatre in Hanover, and at the Hamburg Theatre. After six years of professional work, she spent a few months in New York City in the professional musical training. Since 1978, she has worked freelance and has had several engagements in Vienna, Frankfurt, Basel, Zurich, Hamburg, and Berlin. She became familiar to German TV audiences starting with her role as Laura Schneider in Episode One of ''Ein Fall für zwei'' (''A case for two'') and later appeared later episodes. She also played leading roles in a number of other series. As a singer, she is known for her performances in the Hamburg ''Evita'' and as Norma Desmond in the Niedernhausen performance of ''Sunset Boulevard''. Ein Fall Für Zwei
''Ein Fall für zwei'' (''"A case for two"'') is a German television series, which premiered on 11 September 1981 on ZDF. The series, set in Frankfurt am Main, features two main characters who solve crimes: a defense attorney and a private investigator. Josef Matula (played by Claus Theo Gärtner), a former German police officer, has gone into private business. His method of investigation is very effective and direct, and he sometimes even resorts to dirty tricks. Claus Theo Gärtner portrayed the role until 2013. The series' original opening theme sequence showed the viewer that Matula had been fired from the police and tried or convicted. Dr. Renz has defended him and Matula is seen walking out of the jail accompanied by Renz. Before closing we see that Renz has hired Matula as a private detective. ''SOKO Kitzbühel '' is an Austrian television series produced by ORF in collaboration with the German network ZDF. It is the third spin-off of the German crime series ''SOKO 5113'' (''SOKO München'' since 2015), launched in 1978. Kurt Julian Weill (March 2, 1900April 3, 1950) was a German-born American composer active from the 1920s in his native country, and in his later years in the United States. He was a leading composer for the stage who was best known for his fruitful collaborations with Bertolt Brecht. The plot revolves around Norma Desmond, a faded star of the silent screen era, living in the past in her decaying mansion on the fabled Los Angeles street. When young screenwriter Joe Gillis accidentally crosses her path, she sees in him an opportunity to make her return to the big screen, with romance and tragedy to follow. Opening first in London in 1993, the musical has had several long runs internationally and enjoyed extensive tours. Niedernhausen im Taunus is a municipality in the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis in the ''Regierungsbezirk'' of Darmstadt in Hesse, Germany, with almost 15,000 inhabitants.
