Daniel Weiß
Daniel Weiss (born 22 February 1990 in Titisee-Neustadt, West Germany) is a German professional ice hockey right wing (ice hockey), right wing who is currently playing with EC Bad Nauheim of the DEL2. Playing career Weiss began playing in Germany's top-flight DEL in 2007 with Eisbären Berlin and was loaned to the Dresdner Eislöwen of the 2nd Bundesliga (ice hockey), 2nd Bundesliga during the 2009-10 Deutsche Eishockey Liga season, 2009–10 season. He has played internationally for Germany men's national junior ice hockey team, Germany at the IIHF World U18 Championships and the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, World Juniors. During the 2012-13 season, Weiss went on loan to the Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers, Nürnberg IceTigers, before returning to Berlin. Titisee-Neustadt
Titisee-Neustadt () is a municipality in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany. It is made up of the six communities of Neustadt, Langenordnach, Rudenberg, Titisee, Schwärzenbach and Waldau. The town of Neustadt is a spa known for its Kneipp hydrotherapeutic and curative methods. Furthermore, it is a winter sport center. The Deutsche Eishockey Liga (for sponsorship reasons called Penny (supermarket), PENNY Deutsche Eishockey Liga) (; English: ''German Ice Hockey League'') or DEL, is a professional ice hockey league in Germany and the highest division in German ice hockey. A penalty in ice hockey is a punishment for an infringement of the rules. Most penalties are enforced by sending the offending player to a penalty box for a set number of minutes. During the penalty the player may not participate in play. In ice hockey, an assist is attributed to up to two players of the scoring team who shot, passed or deflected the Puck (sports)#In ice hockey, puck towards the scoring teammate, or touched it in any other way which enabled the Goal (ice hockey), goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the goal. In ice hockey, a goal is scored when the puck entirely crosses the goal line between the two goal posts and below the goal crossbar.
