Daniel Alejandro Vega (born 19 October 1981) is a former Argentine footballer who played as a forward. Career Vega played several years and for various teams in the lower league Primera B Metropolitana and in 2007 he played for Platense in the Primera B Nacional, both in Argentina. In Platense, he was the top goal scorer with 13 goals. Subsequently, Vega joined Ecuadorian club Emelec. Mario Daniel Vega (born 3 June 1984) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is the current assistant manager of Greek Super League club AEK Athens.
