Daniel Puder
Daniel Puder (born October 9, 1981) is an American retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist. As a mixed martial artist, Puder trained at the American Kickboxing Academy, in San Jose, California. He is undefeated in MMA competition, holding a record of eight wins and zero losses. As a professional wrestler, he trained at Ohio Valley Wrestling. He is best known for having won the WWE's '' $1,000,000 Tough Enough'', the fourth Tough Enough competition. He has also worked for Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Early life Puder was born on October 9, 1981 in the San Francisco Bay Area suburb of Cupertino, California and was raised by his parents, Brent and Wanda Puder. Guillotine Choke
The guillotine choke, also known as Mae Hadaka Jime (前裸絞, "front naked choke"; compare to a rear naked choke) in judo, is a chokehold in martial arts applied from in front of the opponent, often on the ground but can also be done while standing. The choke involves using the arms to encircle the opponent's neck in a fashion similar to a guillotine. Application The technique is either a type of tracheal compression restraint (wind choke) that prevents air flow to the lungs, or a blood choke depending on how and where pressure is applied, the trachea versus arteries respectively. It can be applied both standing and from the ground, and can be used as a defense against a double leg takedown. The squat thrust is a calisthenic exercise. It typically is performed as follows: # Bend your knees and drop into a squat position, then fall forward, placing your hands on the ground, into the push-up position. # Throwing your feet back, fall forward into a push-up position. # Again pull the feet forward to a squat position with hands on the floor. A variation is the alternate leg or split-squat thrusts. This is performed by starting in the same position as the normal squat thrust and then splitting the legs in motion; keeping on your toes during the exercise, take one leg from the rear, up towards the chest in a smooth motion, once the foot of this leg reaches the ground, the other leg should then start to come up towards the chest, and at the same time the leading leg should go back to the starting position. A shoot in professional wrestling is any unplanned, unscripted, or real-life occurrence within a wrestling event. It is a carny term shortened from "straight shooting", which originally referred to a gun in a carnival target shooting game that did ''not'' have its sights misaligned. Terminology such as this reflects the professional wrestling industry's roots in traveling carnivals. The term has come to mean a legit attack or fight in professional wrestling, and its meaning has broadened to include unscripted events in general. The opposite of a shoot is a work or kayfabe.
