Daniel Lewis (born 8 November 1989) is an international track and field athlete, competing for both England and Jamaica in the Triple Jump. He competed at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where he finished in 7th place with a leap of 16.17m. Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills. The name is derived from where the sport takes place, a running track and a grass field for the throwing and some of the jumping events. Kingston is the capital and largest city of Jamaica, located on the southeastern coast of the island.
