Daniel Furlong
Daniel Furlong (born 3 January 1998) is an Irish singer. He is known for winning the third series of ''The All Ireland Talent Show''. He was also the first wildcard to win the show, the first to win for The East and subsequently, the last winner of the show before its cancellation. He has been a member of the Irish band Celtic Thunder. Career ''The All Ireland Talent Show'' Furlong took part in auditions for the RTÉ One television series ''The All Ireland Talent Show''. He was chosen by mentor Bláthnaid Ní Chofaigh as one of her eight acts to represent the East in the live finals which took place during February and March 2011. Furlong fought for a place in the semi-finals in the 7th heat on 13 February 2011. He scored a score of 35. He beat Halo from the South and Must Try D'n'D from Dublin, before losing out to Politically Correct. He was then picked as a wildcard by the judges. Wexford

The All Ireland Talent Show (series 3)
A third season and final was announced in August 2010. The first show was broadcast on 21 August 2010. The third series aired on RTÉ One, it was hosted by Gráinne Seoige. This series was produced by Tyrone Productions. Once again prize money of €50,000 was awarded to the eventual winner of the show; who was Daniel Furlong, with Bláthnaid the winning judge. The result also marked the third time a child act won the show, following The Mulkerrin Brothers and Chloe Coyle in the previous two series'. This was the final series. ''The All Ireland Talent Show'' was replaced by ''The Voice of Ireland'', a part of ''The Voice'' TV series. Personnel Presenters Gráinne Seoige returned as presenter in her only role on the channel. The All Ireland Talent Show
''The All Ireland Talent Show'' was a Raidió Teilifís Éireann television series which was billed as Ireland's biggest-ever talent contest. It was first announced in November 2008 and the first series commenced broadcasting on 4 January 2009, completing on 15 March 2009. Modelled on ''Got Talent'', it is produced by Tyrone Productions. Airing on RTÉ One, it was hosted by Gráinne Seoige. Five judges take part and each regional judge, with the assistance of two other personalities who then disappear from the show, select five acts to be put forward to the live studio heats. In the second season this was changed to eight acts. Louis Walsh was approached to act as a judge before series one but refused to commit. Celtic Thunder is an Irish singing group and stage show known for its eclectic, theatrical style show. The group is backed by the Celtic Thunder Band on their concert tours, and their live shows are known for the use of dramatic set pieces (often invoking symbols of ancient Celtic mythology), visual effects, and highly choreographed staging. Bláthnaid Ní Chofaigh (; born 12 November 1970) is an Irish TV presenter, she has presented ''Echo Island'', ''The Afternoon Show'' and ''Charity ICA Bootcamp''. Damian Joseph McGinty Jr. (born 9 September 1992) is an Irish singer and actor. McGinty has been performing for over a decade, and a member of the group Celtic Thunder for thirteen years starting when he was fourteen. On 21 August 2011, McGinty won the Oxygen reality show ''The Glee Project'', earning him a seven-episode guest-starring role on the hit Fox television show ''Glee'' which was later extended to 18 episodes.
