Daniel Eaton (figure Skater)
Daniel Eaton (born March 26, 1992) is an American ice dancer who now represents the Republic of Korea with his partner Yura Min, with whom he is the 2020 Korean National Champion. With former partner Alexandra Aldridge, he is the 2014 Four Continents bronze medalist, a two-time (2012, 2013) World Junior bronze medalist, the 2012 JGP Final bronze medalist, a two-time U.S. national junior champion and the 2010 U.S. national novice champion. Early years Eaton competed on the novice level with Sameena Sheikh at the 2009 U.S. Championships. She retired after the event due to injury. Partnership with Aldridge Eaton teamed up with Alexandra Aldridge in May 2009. In their first season together, they won the U.S. novice title. Alexandra Aldridge
Alexandra Aldridge (born May 7, 1994) is an American ice dancer. With former partner Daniel Eaton, she is the 2014 Four Continents bronze medalist, a two-time (2012, 2013) World Junior bronze medalist, the 2012 JGP Final bronze medalist, and a two-time U.S. national junior champion. 2014 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
The 2014 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships was an international figure skating competition in the 2013–14 season. It was held at the Taipei Arena in Taipei, Taiwan on January 20–26. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The event featured a total of 94 athletes from 15 nations from North America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. There were 29 competitors in the men's event and 21 competitors in the ladies' event. The 2020 South Korean Figure Skating Championships were held from January 3–5, 2020 at the Uijeongbu Indoor Ice Rink in Uijeongbu. It was the 74th edition of the event. Ice dance (sometimes referred to as ice dancing) is a discipline of figure skating that historically draws from ballroom dancing. It joined the World Figure Skating Championships in 1952, and became a Winter Olympic Games medal sport in 1976. The ISU Junior Grand Prix Final or JGP Final (titled the ISU Junior Series Final in the 1997–98 season) is the culmination of a series of junior-level competitions – the ISU Junior Grand Prix organized by the International Skating Union.
