Daniel Alberto "Cata" Díaz (born 13 July 1979) is an Argentine professional football manager and former player who played as a central defender. After starting at Rosario Central, he went on to spend most of his career in Spain, amassing La Liga totals of 174 matches and three goals over six seasons, mainly with Getafe. He also had two spells with Boca Juniors. Díaz appeared for Argentina at the 2007 Copa América. Daniel Ricardo Díaz (born 7 July 1989) is an Argentine road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . Career San Luis Somos Todos (2012–2014) In 2012, he came in second place of the general classification of the Tour de San Luis. He was originally third, but Alberto Contador's results were later voided, which also awarded him the fifth stage of that race since he had finished second behind Contador. In January 2013, Díaz won the overall classification of the Tour de San Luis, besting second-placed Tejay van Garderen () by 33 seconds. His work has been exhibited worldwide and has been published in LA Times, NY Times, Juxtapoz, High Fructose, and Low Rider Magazine as well as in five books dedicated to his artwork. Diaz has designed artwork for large public art projects in the US and has won many awards such as a gold and platinum record designed for Atlantic Records. Daniel Díaz Maynard (1933 – 22 March 2007) was an Uruguayan lawyer and politician. Political role Maynard was a deputy representing the department of Montevideo, from 1990 until 2005). Biography Born in Nerva, Spain, Vázquez Díaz settled in Paris in 1918, where he found cubism to be the ideal form of expression.
