Daniel Berg (born June 1, 1929) is a educator, scientist and was the fifteenth president of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Education Daniel Berg was born on June 1, 1929, in New York City. In 1946, he graduated from Stuyvesant High School and in 1950 graduated from City College of New York with a B.S. in physics and chemistry. He earned M.S. and Ph. D. degrees in physical chemistry from Yale University in 1951 and 1953 respectively. Daniel Jack Berg (born 21 November 1984) was born in Glen Iris, Victoria, Australia. He moved to the United States to further his baseball career after debuting with the Victoria Aces in the 2003 Claxton Shield. Minnesota Twins organisation After travelling to the United States to play college ball for Texarkana College, Berg was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 30th round of the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft. He debuted professionally in the US in 2005, hitting .159 for the GCL Twins. Berg split his second season in the Twins' organisation, 2006, between the Beloit Snappers batting at a .192/.313/.308 clip, and the Elizabethton Twins, where he hit .253/.353/.466. Daniel Domscheit-Berg (; né Berg; born 1978), previously known under the pseudonym Daniel Schmitt, is a German technology activist. He is best known as the former spokesperson for WikiLeaks and the author of ''Inside WikiLeaks: My Time with Julian Assange at the World's Most Dangerous Website'' (2011). Domscheit-Berg began working with WikiLeaks after meeting Assange at the Chaos Computer Club's annual conference in 2007. In August 2010 Domscheit-Berg was suspended from WikiLeaks by Julian Assange after Domscheit-Berg challenged Assange's effectiveness as a leader. Bærum Basket, also known as Bærum Basket Bekkestua, is a professional basketball team based in Bærum, Norway, currently participating in the BLNO, Norway's premier basketball league. It is owned by Knut Ola Staver. The club was founded in the year of 1963 as Bærum Basketball Club, commonly referred to as simply Bærum BBK.
